Variations around a myth

Poetic and musical variations of the ancient myth, different voices make hear the tragic complaint of the young hunter through the fragments of Aeschylus, the verses of Jean de Sponde and Thomas Corneille. Mirroring these ancient stanzas, the digressions
by Pierre Klossowski shed light on the legend. Like a reflection on the act of surprising and seeing, Actaeon no longer appears as an innocent victim […] but as the man […] who sacrifices himself to unveil the mysteries of Diana.
