2 component: Act of speech, gesture and artistic transmission
The second part of this international conference is devoted to the act of speaking and the gesture that accompanies it, to transmit knowledge or experience in art regardless of the practice: performance, workshop, cinema. The conference-performance combines gesture and text by reappropriating discursive forms: readings, guided tours, inaugural addresses, poetic and gestural digressions in which the figure of the expert is personified by the artist himself.
The artist's words as “master” are analyzed in contemporary art as well as throughout history. Indeed, the great historical schools have affirmed the significance of the “master” through various educational experiences.
