WHEN THE ANIMAL IS SURGING

THE FOUR HUNDREDS OF RABBITS

WEDNESDAY 18 MAY, AT 19H30

CONFERENCE WITH LUCIENNE STRIVAY, ANTHROPOLOGIST, CATHERINE MOUGENOT, SOCIOLOGIST, CÉCILE CALLOU, ARCHEOZOOLOGIST

The history of man and that of the rabbit are intimately linked since the animal, homebody, has spread over almost the entire planet under our action, far exceeding our management capacities. The species, prolific, from warrens to hutches, tells of a vast undertaking of domestication punctuated by escapes.
