"With sound, we are transported into the world we listen to. That's why I say that I bang my head when I want to enter a mouse hole. After a while, we live with what we do. We stay there on our stomachs. We forget about our own size and we live with what is happening. Knud Viktor (1925-2013) is Danish and it is at the beginning of the 1960 years that he settles in the south of Luberon.
For nearly 50 years, he records the rustling of the world and the beings who share with him this microcosm. He is very early on witnessing the destruction of ecosystems. Capturing forces that grope together. Amplify, by sampling, slowing down, repetition of sensations. A dive into the thrilling and vibrating world of Knud Viktor: the evening will begin in the halls of the museum with an immersive journey through its sounds and images, followed by the screening of a documentary in progress and a discussion.
